This sector is specifically designed for teenagers, to help show that we can help you if you have any stress or worries affecting you throughout your daily life.

How can we help? We can help by offering you face to face or telephone appointments with our highly skilled and professional Gp's or Nurses. In which case they can help assess and give you advice about your problems.

Is there still confidential rules if I am under 18?

Yes, the consultation will still be private even if you are under 18, in exceptional circumstances details may have to be passed on to higher authority if you are at risk of harming yourself, or harming other people. However as our duty of care we will do our best to make you aware that the information given is getting passed on. We will not keep anything hidden from you.

What time can I come into Ponteland road?

Our surgery is open 8am-8pm everyday of the year, therefore between these times there should always be someone available to assess you. We also have a walk in facility were they assess minor injuries where you do not need to book an appointment.
